By booking a stay with Nomad Living, you agree to the terms below. These guidelines ensure clarity, comfort and a seamless experience for all guests.

1. Reservation & Payment

  • All bookings must be completed through a secure platform (Airbnb, Booking.com or our official website).
  • Payment terms (full payment or deposit) depend on the platform used.
  • Guests must provide accurate information for check-in and access purposes.


    2. Check-in & Check-out

    • Check-in is available 24/7 via a secure key box.
    • Check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.


      3. Use of the Property

      • The apartment is intended for residential use only.
      • Parties, events and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.
      • The number of guests may not exceed the number stated on the reservation.
      • Guests must keep the property clean and in good condition throughout their stay.


        4. Damages & Liability

        • Any damage, breakage or incident must be reported immediately.
        • Costs related to repairs or replacements due to negligence may be charged to the guest.
        • Nomad Living is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.


          5. Safety & Compliance

          • No smoking indoors. A cleaning fee may apply if violated.
          • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved prior to booking.
          • Guests must respect building rules and maintain a quiet environment for neighbors.


            6. Cancellations & Refunds

            • Cancellations follow the policy selected at the time of booking.
            • No refunds will be issued outside of the platform’s established rules.
            • Early departures are non-refundable.


              7. Privacy

              Personal information is used solely to manage your reservation, check-in and communication during your stay. We do not share your data with third parties unless required for safety or legal compliance.


              8. Acceptance of Terms

              By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. For any questions, we are always happy to assist.
